Users also confirm that their projects do not infringe any intellectual property, copyright, or other third-party rights.

Linked reserves the right to review projects before publication and to reject, suspend, or remove any project that conflicts with the platform’s objectives or contains misleading information, violates applicable laws, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of projects, ideas, research, and uploaded content remains with the project owner or the entity that owns them.

Submitting a project does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Linked.

7. Investors and Supporting Organizations

The platform acts as a technology intermediary to facilitate introductions and communication between project owners, investors, and supporting organizations.

The platform does not guarantee that any project will receive investment, funding, partnership, or support.

8. Agreements Between Parties

Any agreement, investment, partnership, or collaboration between users, investors, or supporting organizations is an independent agreement between the relevant parties.

Linked is not responsible for negotiations, contracts, or any resulting outcomes.

9. Prohibited Uses

The platform must not be used to:

• Publish misleading or inaccurate information.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload content that violates applicable laws or public morals.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to compromise the platform or disrupt its services.

10. Limitation of Liability
